Bookings

Sessions must be booked in advance online

Each booking allows 30 or 60 minutes of private use

Full payment is required at the time of booking

We also offer monthly memberships for either 8 x 30-minute sessions or 8 x 60-minute sessions per month

Memberships remain active until cancelled
-
Please note that unused sessions do not roll over and refunds will not be given for unused hours/sessions within the month
Cancellations & Changes

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before your session for a full credit or transfer

Bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable
Arrival & Departure

Please arrive and leave promptly at your booked times

Do not arrive early to avoid overlap with other users
Use of the Park

Dogs must not be left unattended
-
Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times (Adults)

Please clean up after your dog - bins are provided

Maximum number of dogs per booking applies (see booking page)
Safety & Responsibility

Use of the park is at your own risk

Owners are responsible for any damage or harm caused by their dogs

Secure fencing is provided, but please check gates are closed before letting dogs off lead

Report any damage or concerns immediately
Liability
Rora Dog Park, its owners and staff are not liable for any injury, accident or damage to persons, pets or property while using the park.
