Refund Policy

At Rora Dog Park, we aim to keep things fair and simple.​

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your session.

• If cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a full refund or credit towards a future booking.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your booking are non-refundable.​

• If you don’t attend your booking and haven’t cancelled in advance, no refund will be given.​

• You can reschedule your booking (subject to availability) if requested at least 12 hours in advance.​

• If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, severe weather, or safety concerns), we’ll contact you as soon as possible and provide either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.​
